Return info

If desired, goods purchased from the online store Estetix.ee can be returned. After receiving the order, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with online store Estetix.ee within 14 days (in the case of goods ordered at the postal machine, from the moment of receipt of the message about the receipt of goods at the postal machine) in the event that this is not a defective product.

Returned goods must be unused and undamaged in closed packaging. The damaged or used goods cannot be returned. According to the provisions of the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 53, subsection 4), the right of withdrawal  does not apply to the goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or for hygienic reasons (for example, cosmetics in opened packages, cosmetics for body care, skin of the face, hair).

Apply for a refund

To  return the goods, submit a declaration of withdrawal - fill “Return goods” form on the online store Estetix.ee or submit a free-form application to the e-mail address [email protected]. The application must contain the following information: the reason of return, the name and surname of the Client, the name of the goods, the quantity, and the order number.

The Client is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from the moment of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal the same delivery method. The address parcel machine for return will be given by Estetix.ee.

If it possible, return the goods in the original shipping packaging and all goods within one order at one time.

Refund

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store Estetix.ee shall return to the Client, immediately but no later than after 14 days, the payment received from the Client based on the contract. The refund will be made to the same account from which the purchase was paid.
